Nanny available - Monday to Thursday
I am a 28-years-old Hungarian nanny, experienced in working with newborns, toddlers, pre-, primary, and high school children, up to age of 12 years. I have worked as a nanny or an au-pair in the past six years in the UK. However, my first sole-charge childminding experience dates back to 1999.
I am currently undertaking a course to obtain a Certificate in Childminding Practice, as well as a BSc Psychology and Applied Sociology course at university. I have a first aid certificate, a clean driving license, and I can provide a recent CRB disclosure report as well.
Dealing with children, for me is much more an interest and pleasure, rather than mere work. I am extremely considered about the mental, emotional and physical well-being of children, as well as their effective growth in every ways. In order to meet the individual needs of each kid and assist their development, I don't only build upon my previous work experiences but also on my academic (mainly psychological) knowledge.
Generally, I've been found rather creative and artistic, and being good at helping children expand their imagination and advance their manual skills. Apart form being lost in playing with them; I also do my best to assist children in developing and maintaining their daily routine, to pay attention to their personal hygiene, to improve their social skills, table manners, and so on. I am more than happy to give tutorials, to help your child(ren) with their homework and to develop effective strategies to study independently. I am a vegetarian (but happy to cook non-vegetarian meals), I love all kinds of pets and I enjoy being outdoors.
The position I am looking for is for three or four days between Monday and Thursday each week. I seek a position where I am needed for full days. Hence I am not interested in after-school nanny positions or such. The hours I am willing to work is between 30 to 40. These would apply for both term time and holidays.
