My name is Daniel and Im looking for CDP position based in london preferable somewhere on central line or nearby. I got 2,5 years experience in this role. I've worked across fine dining restaurant hotels and pubs located in London.My previous responsibilities includes:
Preparing & presenting main courses and cold starters for the fine dining restaurant and Bar, writing and preparing buffet menu, assisting with functions, ensuring that the standards of hygiene are maintained & improved were possible, training and development of Commis Chefs, ensuring correct stock rotation & minimization of wastage, assisting other areas of the, kitchen when required.
