Bar work, Bar Supervisor, Assistant Manager, General Manager

I am an experienced manager with many years experience under my belt, and have worked in a variety of venues over the country such as Manchester, newcastle and London and also in Ireland. So I am very conversant with stock ordering and management such as ales, guinness and larger. As well as a host of variety of blends and makes of spirits and wines. I am very conversant with wines especially their vinatge as well as cocktails making and devising.
I have trained staff in all of the above areas as well as Health and Safety and food and hygiene.
I am also very conversant with entertainment where a venue will host a variety of different artist from blues/jazz to main stream commercial PAs. ( both bands and single PA's) I am very expeienced with cellar management and able to both instruct and do the job.
I have extensive experience with advertising using computer packages such as adobe photoshop and illustrator and also very cionversant with financial accounting and use of spreadsheet and excel.
