Assistant manager couple looking for live-in position
We are a friendly, hardworking, reliable, and enthusiastic couple looking for a live-in assistant manager position. We have three years UK experience in the trade, half of which performing a supervisory role, either as head barman/maid, supervisors or assistant managers.
The position we are looking for is ideally in an establishment or with a company where we get the opportunity to progress career wise and extend our knowledge about the management and functioning of public houses and about laws and regulations, and where we can eventually develop into fully qualified managers and get our own place.
We have worked with both, freehouses and big companies, and have acquired a good level of experience by working in a wide range of different pubs and restaurants, as well as a good knowledge level by doing courses in health and safety, hygiene and food, first aid and fire training, wine tastings and cellar management.
We are ready to give 100% and devote all our energy to contribute to the dynamic and enthusiasm of the team and to the smooth and efficient running of the business. We are available to start within a week, and are prepared to do a trial period.
