I have been working in this Industry more than 10 Years having been taught in a 5 star hotel in Austria with a very high standard and quality of costumer service in Food and Beverage.
I am a friendly welcoming person with a extensive broad knowledge of (Cocktails (classic and contemporary), Spirits, Beers, Wine and Champagne;
My main duties are very hands-on(work by Example)included the employing of new staff, training new and existing staff, being duty manager of the building.
Those shifts included the cashing up of all the waiting staff and all the tills and being responsible for the day to day running of functions and in general overseeing the running of the whole Bar & restaurant.
Includes also, ordering, very good stock controling knowledge, good computer skills (pc and mac, windos, exel...), rota planning, cashing up, PDQ procedures, train and motivate a team in customer service and cocktail knowledge, cellar organisation, outstanding costumer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
I have lived and worked in the UK now for two years living in the Newington Green area and have experienced working for the following Bars and Restaurants:

I also hold a Food and Hygiene certificate from the UK that I passed earlier this year and lasts for 3 years.
You can also hire me only for EVENTS, STAFF TRAINING IN COCKTAILS AND SPIRITS & EXTERNAL STOCKTAKE.
But at most I am looking for a fulltime position.
