Fully qualified instructor teaching exercise to music, spin and legs, bots and tums ----seeks additional classes to teach during the week.. early morning, PM and weekend slots.
If you're shy about the gym and need an insite or start to get motivated I can provide 121 teaching in your own home or somewhere convenient.
If you have a village hall / meeting room I could teach you and your colleagues.
I am CRB checked.
