RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Checking, preparing and submitting of Proposals (“Tendering/Bidding”) for prospective clients.
 Attending e-mails, telephone calls and facsimile to and from clients and suppliers and forward to concerned parties
 Preparing minutes of meeting, correspondence and memos
 Assisting PRO’s (Mandoop) for work visa processing (new and renewal)
 Preparing the various kinds of clerical works such as record keeping, indexing and sorting of letter and documents.
 Dealing and attending business meeting in and out of the office regarding business matters
 Accepting appointments of meeting / setting schedule of meetings for the top management
