• Presently working as Construction Manager in Green Oasis General contracting co, LLC,UAE from the past 3 years.
• Having good knowledge of major aspects involved in Estimations, cost variation, Site Management, Procurement, progress Charts, Quality Control etc., upto final handover of the Project.
• An effective team player having good leadership skills.
• Having Strong Communication, Presentation and Analytical skills with the ability to achieve desired targets.
• Taking over the execution of the buildings
• Co-ordination with Clients/ Consulting Engineers/Sub-contractors for effective progress of the project leading towards timely completion of the project.
• Coordinating on Site as per Project Requirement also ,H S E, Quality Control, B.O.Q’s Costing, Cost Variation. Sourcing and Procurement of Materials.
• Coordinating with project engineer /surveyor /Foreman for taking various type of level required in building constructions.
• Coordinating with planning engineer Preparing weekly progress reports and monthly reports submitting to the General Manger and respective consultants
