Duties & Responsibilities:
Financials
Handling recoveries & remittances from our international clients directly & through Elance Website.
Produce monthly quarterly and annual accounts and financial reports
Generate various financial reports and analysis to help management in decision making.
Coordination with company’s bankers and auditors
Responsible for the preparation of Payrolls
Responsible for the preparation of cheque/vouchers
Payment of all company’s dues and utility bills
Tax filing on monthly, quarterly and year basis.
Budget and Financial analysis/forecasting division wise of company.

Administrative:
• Responsible for maintaining employee attendance, leave records, salaries and expenditures
• Responsible for the deposit of utility bills and payments
• Responsible for keeping a liaison with vendors and generating purchase orders and managing all the deliveries and malfunctioning
• Supervision of office attendants and janitorial services
• Supervision and routing of incoming and outgoing mails
• Supervising maintenance of the company library, ensuring that all book and are recorded at the time of purchase and promptly returned at the due dates
• To keep record of all international call/Faxes by maintaining registers with the Receptionist and keeping all direct lines under code.
• To monitor printed stationary /visiting cards requirement of the company, and maintain proper record of all such requirements and dispatch notes.
• Maintaining close liaison with travel agents, hotels, immigration and other authorities for arranging official travel.
• To keep all office equipment i.e. computers, PABX, fax, air conditioner, refrigerator, oven, photocopier, furniture etc. in good working conditions with reference to their suppliers and maintenance agencies for annual maintenance contracts.
• Maintaining control over fixed assets at the head office and branches by properly affixing asset codes on all items and proper transfer of asset advice in case of shifting or transferring any item from one branch to another.
• Physical Check of all inventories should be conducted on bi-annual basis.
• Supervising the allocation, maintenance and alteration of all office space and equipment.
• Arrangement for housing, travel and entertainment of official guests.•
