Objectives:
I am looking for a job where I can be independant. I am a very good team player and perform well under pressure. Accuracy and time limits etc. are equally important in the accounting industry and I am fully aware of this.

Work Experience:
I have been working as a bookkeeper since 2006. First as a legal bookkeeer for an attorney: Managing two accounts: a trust and business account. I was in charge of petty cash and banking monies received from clients. I also assisted staff with general employment queries. I also had to submit statutory returns monthly and annually. I also had to produce and submit monthly reports to the attorney. In 2010 I started a new job for an accountant which has a bookkeeping business. Currently I am processing 14 clients' books - from capturing on pastel accounting to doing payroll and submitting monthly statutory returns. I also complete tax returns for the business as well as their members. I also communicate with the South African Revenue Services on a frequent basis and am very familiar with the procedures. I estimate the total value of the books of my client basis to be around 5 or 6 million Rand.
Education:
I finished matric in 2002 at Despatch High School. I took English 2nd Language HG, Afrikaans 1st Language HG, Business Economics SG. After school I enrolled at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Municipality where I completed a National Diploma in Office Management and Administration in 2005. My subjects were BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION 1, 2 & 3; COMMUNICATION 1 & 2 (ENGLISH)
