My name is Jaunne-Marie Albertyn
I recently arrived in London from South Africa.
I am a financial/admin controller with three and a half years working experience.
I am a person who is not afraid to work and I am always looking for a new challenge. I am a hands-on individual, love working with people and very organized. I am fanatical about attention to detail and the words "I can not do it or it can not be done" does not exist in my dictionary. There is always a solution to a problem and I will not stop until I find that solution. I see myself as a presentable individual and an asset to any employer.
I use to work for a big corporate company and my duties included the following:
Debtors, Creditors, Cash Book, Petty Cash, Weekly and monthly forecasting to the board of directors, Reconciling debtors and creditors accounts, monthly management reports, monthly accruals, journals, confirming profits at the end of each month, yearly budgeting, making sure that creditors got paid on time. I phoned clients to confirm payment date or requesting payments for over due accounts. I was also responsible for setting up meetings for my manager and general manger, organizing company functions including travel arrangements for exco meetings and making sure that everything runs according to plan.
