Handling online Consignment clearance like Duty Exception and FIRS
Online Jafza work such as Applying Employment Permit, Renewal, Cancellation etc.
Keeping Employees Passport and follow up the expiry and renewal process.
Arranging ticket for Staff vacation.
Preparing Foreign Purchase requisition and corresponding mails up to the confirmation
Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing mails.
Initiate/ receive purchase requisitions & obtain necessary approval.
Estimate values according to the knowledge of market price.
Negotiate best price with selective vendors / suppliers & prepared documentation.
Maintain supplier relationship to improve service and achieve high level of product quality.
Maintain records such as items purchased cost and inventories
Handling online Consignment clearance
Worked as an Accounting Assistant for Switch Food Stuff, Sharjah, UAE, for one year.
