Would you have the need of a smart, energetic, very honnest and dedicated French assistant to take her part in your growing business? .. Hard-working, having an interesting unusual background and open-mind.. Then don't look any further!
I wish to live in London and I freshly began in personal assistance. I would like to make my way in this very versatile profession that matches well with my character and I am waiting for the right opportunity to grow.
I always tried to service my employer and I perform even better with taking initiatives and responsibilities, close to the management where I directly learn business, that's why I think I could be a very useful assistant to a small growing company!
I always liked to travel and discover and it might be very exciting to discover new trades and use all my skills.
As I traveled a lot myself and managed stringent complex projects by the past, I hold excellent abilities for keeping a diary or arrange travels and meetings.
Although I am new in the UK, I am a quick-learner, in a lot of fields and in languages, my English is already fluent, spoken and written and my command of French is excellent.
My office and computer skills are good, like for the command of Excel or Word or Internet search and all the odd things to manage in an office.
You will be able to rely on me for writing letters, emails, or any type of documents including technical ones or for making any research.
Especially as I was formerly a post-graduate scientist working in molecular biology and environmental sciences, I am keen on any technical type of work. But my true nature is creative and open.
I like liaising with people (and I like sales if the product is worth and servicing). I am excellent in convincing others, in finding information by any way possible and then organizing actions.
I speak other languages, Italian and German, well enough to be understood in a simple conversation.
Actually I have the need to find a full-time or part-time position compatible with the 2 very flexible 4 hours-shifts a week I am just performing as a PA for another employer where I am learning a lot in a growing consulting company in projects development for the housing industry.
My former employer just before this one was a company active in the luxury hospitality industry in London and I was sent abroad in Switzerland to settle the new branch of the business and the relocation of the director, taking over an hotel-restaurant in the Alps.
For now I am living and working in South London.
Also the best position would be based in central or South London as well unless I relocate.
