• Aug, 2005 to Sep2008: Worked in Skypak Courier and Finance, India Limited a sister concern of Skycomex International (U.A.E), in Bhubaneswar branch office, Orissa, India as a Senior Branch Supervisor. The daily job routine of my work is below:
1. Check the Salary payroll of staffs of that branch.
2. There are several banks and other sectors who are our client like SBI credit card, HDFC, ICICI, AMEX, BOB Card, Jeevansathi.com, Naukri.com and many, etc, I do monthly bank reconciliation for every clients.
3. To look after the EDP department where the department post regularly cheque for every client.
4. Daily Run sheet check up.
5. Personal Pickup and deposition.
6. CMS – Cash Management Service
7. Marketing and monthly visit to clients.
8. To look after the banking and follow-up.
9. To prepare a daily MIS tracker for every client and regularly mail.
10. To prepare an up loadable file for every clients.



• Sep2008 to Mar2009: Worked in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, a part of ICICI Bank Limited in Bhubaneswar Head office, Orissa, India as a Company Personal Assistant cum Sr. Consultant. The daily job routine of my work is below:
1. To look after the daily insurance.
2. To track the operational faults and data processing.
3. To analysis the case whether it is fraud or ok for processing.
4. To look and control for the smooth operation.
5. To prepare the daily MIS and tracker for the each day Insurance.
6. To look after the customer desk and cash collection.
7. Customer service complains and inquires.
8. Tell about the marketing products and selling.
9. Personal visit the bank branches and customer.


• Aug2009 to TILL: Working In Almana General Hospital, which is a huge international standard hospital approved by the JCI International and having various branches in Saudi Arabia as a Stock Accounts Supervisor. The daily job routine of my work is below:
1. To look after the total operations of Stock transfer and received.
2. Purchase from the vendor and quality check.
3. Dealing with various vendors and payment.
4. To look after the items purchased for any department like paramedical, stationary, contact lens, maintenance, dietary, pharmacy, biomed, Theatre items and, etc.
5. Issue the items to their respective locations and departments.
6. Maintain Tracker and MIS of daily transaction.
7. Monthly reconciliation of every item as per the transfer/ issuances of the department.
8. Post journal vouchers and payment voucher in accounting s/w SAGE.
9. To calculate the actual and correct amount of debits and credits and report generations.
10. To look after the accounting staffs and control on the main stocks.
11. Prepare profit and loss report (mainly for pharmacy items).
12. Inventory and monthly closing report.


Education:

• Secondary school certificate from Government Junior College, Icchapuram, Andra Pradesh, India.
• Intermediate of Arts from Government Junior College, Naraspuram, Andhra Pradesh, India..
• Bachelor of Arts from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India.
• Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application, in 1st class from BPCA, Govt. Of India.
• Data Entry type writing course.
