• Actively take end-to-end ownership of WTP / STP client issues that require liaison with other Government Department or Agencies
• Prepare needed documents for filing or application requirements, invoicing, ordering, organizing, etc
• Provide clerical, admin assistance and act as liaison to Engineers and other company personnel on and off the field
• Coordinate and implement office procedures
