Software Development Experience:
1. Developed web based software, Office Automation System for our department using PHP, MySQL and Apache 2.0. The system maintains general information about the students admitted in our university each year, the regular notices and news published for students and faculties. It has individual password protected accounts for teachers and general account for students. The information is managed by an office staff to update them periodically.
2. Developed a desktop application, Fixed Asset Manager in visual C# with .NET framework 2.0 and MSSQL server 2005, Express edition as a part of a training course in Object-Oriented Programming from BASIS, within 2 months. It manages the fixed assets of a company which can be transferred to any location and categorized to various types and its price gets depreciated each year for which automatic depreciation is imposed.
3. Developed desktop application, named, Exam Control System in visual C# with .Net framework 2.0 and MySql database server as a part of our 8th semester course’s project work within 5 months approximately. The Exam Control System manages the exam results of students in a department of a university that follows semester system. It generates custom reports on the results of students for each semester in preformatted result sheets approved by the university authority.
Extra-Curricular Work Experience:
Experience in writing project proposal for an organization, Ankur for the Software Localization Project’s funding from Cambodia
Two technological articles were published in Daily Newspaper, News today in August 2006, regarding Submarine Cable in Bangladesh.
