Supervising done for 1 flat for 3 years approx. 3,000 sq. ft. as Supervisor/Manager.
(From breaking of the old plaster till final finishing of the flat.)
Supervising on Contractor Laborers – Total 50 - 60 workers working under me at different
intervals “Taking work from workers in professional manner”.
Designing of Flat – Designing of Units, Kitchen Platform, Storage Place etc. as per specification
required by the Owner.
Purchasing Fittings – Electrical Fittings from Wholesale Markets, Fans, Lights etc.
Maintain Accounts – Maintain book for Money given to me from time to time for purchasing
materials and bills paid to Contractors at different interval of time.
