Responsible for the timely shipment of goods by constant review of updated buyer requirements prior to shipment such as bulk garment test, first output production sample and data measurement approval.
Sample executions and coordination with the Technical and Quality Manager for the feasibility of sample developed in bulk production.
Organizing of sample requirement such as fabric, trims, buyer block pattern, techpack, washing standard and ensure that these are always available prior to start of sampling.

Responsible for the CARTS such as DMF approval, carton sticker printing, shipment finalization and purchase order closing.
Responsible for cutting control thru preparation of cut plan and monitoring of actual cutting and fabric consumption per garment.
