My resume outlines my work experience and achievements gained in the Residential, Petroleum & Retail field. I have more than 30 years work experience in the Construction Industry and have a minimum of 10 years experience in the Management Sector.
MY CSCS, SMSTS, AND FIRST AID AT WORK, CRB Checked. Are all within date.
My trade experience as an advanced Pipe Fitter has covered Petrochemical, Gas & Oil, Nuclear, Water Treatment Plants, Gas Sub Station, and Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. I spent 20 years working in this, specialised field and then returned to college to achieve my CIOB, Diploma in Management. Whilst studying for this qualification I was employed within the residential sector, and promoted to management level.
Recently my career history has involved me working on projects up to £10 million. These have included Demolition and reconstruction of retail stores (up to 55,000 sq ft), petrol filling stations, office units, road infrastructure and a decked car park (200 parking spaces). My management experience has enabled me to carry forward my skills. I am able to work along-side all Management levels, work as part of a team and on my own initiative and implement cost savings and new ideas into a company. I am reliable and hard working; I enjoy undertaking new projects and always try to achieve the highest of standards.
I can start employment straight away. I hold a full drivers licence and am willing to travel.
