Saudi Electric Supply Company(SESCO), is a full-line distributor of high quality components, equipment and materials for elecrical, industrial, mechanical, valve, instrumentation and automation industries.
SESCO procures, warehouses, deliveries and distributes electrical, mechanical and industrial equipment, including: power delivery equipment, motors and drives, general and programmable logic controls, valves and instruments, lamps and lighting system, conduit and conduit fittings, cable tray system, wire and cables, grounding protections, industrial tools, safety products from G.E. and other qualified manufacturers.
With more than 11 distribution centers throughout Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait.
Responsibilities at SESCO
Translations of all customer orders i.e., stock, non-stock or non-stock into purchase requisitions or shipsets
Ensure that a correct shipset is printed for the stock materials and for non-stock material ensure the supplier ship the right product, correctly priced, at the proper time to the correct address along with all appropriate documents.
Ensure all non-material requirements (NMR) are properly translated in the suppliers purchase requisition.
Liaison with the customer and suppliers to ensure all order conditions are met. In case the supplier cannot meet the customers required delivery dates, obtain the best alternative delivery and communicate the changes to the customer.
Feedback to Sales and Management Team is case of possible delay in shipment and to assure that positive supplier relation is maintained.
Posting of incoming material receiving reports into the SIMS for stock as well as non-stock material.
Issue and maintain local purchase order requirements and initiate the processing for supplier invoice payment.
Provide support to foreign branches (Bahrain, UAE) for any sourcing of material and its export shipment along with the required legalization of documents.
Handling Post Order liaison with Vendors, Freight Forwarders and Clearing Agents
Make sure material is delivered to customer in-time.
Make sure that customer is billed and payment is received from them.
Billing & receipts, inventory & order management and vendor payments.
Customer Billing & Returns, Handling Cash Sales and Sales Closing (Transmittals).
Processing of Vendor invoices.

Studying and analyzing the market to develop Marketing and sales strategies, to build the customer database and converting prospective buyer into a customer.
Approaching HR/Administrative Department of various corporate, analyze sales activity and design advertisements keeping in mind the target buyers and competitive advantage.
Sit with Designing team to explain and clarify the client requirement in getting best of the advertisement for the client.
Getting draft approval from the client and finalizing the design and budget. Collection after the successful completion of the assignment.
