Room Service Supervisor


room service supervisor looking for employment in London

Work Experience:

• Currently working in The Montcalm London as room service supervisor
The 5* hotel situated in marble arch London with 153 rooms.
Duties:-
 To ensure that orders are taken correctly, courteously and actioned without delay.
 To ensure sufficient mise-en-place to facilitate fast expedition of orders, particularly during peak periods.
 To ensure that all stocks and supplies are timeously requested, correct stock levels maintained and stock stored under optimum conditions.
 Handling the guest complaints and deal with them.
 To supervise and control all room service areas, ensuring that service is prompt, professional and courteous, to the standards laid down by the company.

The 4-star Hilton London Metropole is one of Europe's largest hotel with 1054 rooms.
Working as food and beverage associate/ acting room service supervisor.
Duties:-
 Delivering quality and high standard service to the guest and exceeding the guest expectations.
 To run the dinner, lunch and breakfast shift.
 Provide an excellent customer service that’s anticipates individual guest needs.
 Check the requisition supplies and maintain cost control.
 Prepare the shift report and give the handover to the next shift.
