I am working in Simcon International as a Deputy Manager Business Development & Customer Services. My job responsibilities include;
Responsible for complete customer satisfaction and retention by accurate, timely and desired product development
Monitor all designing and development activities for foreign and local customers
Consult with all the long distance customers for design negotiations and clear there queries by on line webinars (seminars)
I am also performing as QMR since December 2008
Exploring new markets and new business development opportunities
Monitoring and achieving of quarterly sales targets, parts development for local market
Weekly activity planning for subordinates, monthly sales analysis and future forecast
