Presently Employed inRiyadh Oasis Home Health Care,Saudi Arabia.Private nurse position,going three years now.Combination of taking care either child or adult. Taking care Mrs.Gretchen Smith,American Saudi,68 y/old.Strock with right leg amputated,type I diabetic and hypertension,aphasia,bedridden for eight yrs,grooming and bathing through bed,changing linens and bedshhet after morning care,monitoring vital signs and blood sugar on insulin injection,feeding via gastric tube (gt)and medication crushed via gastric tube,dressing (gt) site every month,changing pampers,were using lifter for her to bed,nursing assessment and documentation,visiting by Home health care provided from the hospital and family doctor every month and emergency time,prevent from fall and injuries and from wound and infection,needs attended,comfort and caring done.professional Midwife,conducting normal delivery in my hometown and in my previous job in hospital in Saudi Arabia as my work experience for six years.
