Current Job Description–Belhasa Six Construct LLC - DUBAI (BESIX).
Responsible for development, implementation and management for the document control system as a component to the ISO procedures (QA Manager) that will facilitate the use along with the cooperation from Technical Manager to perform Document Control and Quality Assurance activities related to document management and compliance audit activities within the organization.
Day-to-Day-tasks
-Preparation of all types of documentation, correspondences, maintaining all sorts of reports for control system as per requirements & effective liaison.
-Receipt and submission of various documents related to technical field, material submittal, method statement, drawing transmittals, request for information / site query as per specification to the contract by the client. (Compiling and maintaining the log on daily basis and submitting it on weekly basis for internal review as well as to the consultant for use in the said project as directed by the technical manager which is duly signed by the project manager).
-Entire filing documents and drawing for technical department.
-Coordination with the consultants on matters related to the technical field.
-Presentation and site photography for monthly progress report.
-Assisting quantity surveyor maintaining the daily and monthly progress reports of the said projects.
-Any other miscellaneous task entrusted by the technical manager / project manager / project director.
-Handling time keeping, preparation of job description, manpower in / out transfers, etc.
Education:
- Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Human Resource Development (PGDPM & HRD Jan 2007 to Dec 2008).
