As a Project Manager (the project is represented by the European Commission under the Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme) I am responsible for project coordination (managerial aspects and technical content): managing project team, establishing procedures, developing project plans and schedules, defining/approving/distributing all changes in plans, arranging resources, maintaining quality control, preparing and distributing budgets and project cost reports, preparing and distributing schedules and progress reports, monitoring and controlling actuals vs. plans, maintaining project records and files, handling public and customer relations, organizing events, communicating and disseminating project activities (newsletters, articles, leaflets, case studies, success stories, etc.), carrying out ‘user needs’ and ‘client satisfaction’ surveys.
