Currently working With Quick Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. as MIS Executive in Risk Revenue Department of Bharti Airtel Ltd. since 23th Oct 2008 to till date.
• My profile includes generation of various Exception Reports, Summaries and Dashboards on PAN India basis that identify revenue leakages and risks of revenue in terms of Account Receivables, Excess Adjustment Released, Mobile connections not barred due to non-payment, unauthorized reconnection and Suspension of such numbers.
Worked with CSC Financial services Pvt. Ltd. from 20 June 2008 to 20th Oct 2008 as a MIS Executive, company is a collection agency of Bharti Airtel Ltd.
• My profile includes validation of the complaints or request taken by Airtel CRE`s, AES CRE`s & Attached CRE`s. Rectify the customer problem within TAT & Revert to the customer within 48 hrs.
• Preparing MIS Reports in desire requirement and format of company coordinator and related CRE’s to understand their bills and to release the payment easily.
Worked with Galaxy Commercial Ltd as a Backend Executive in Airtel Waiver & Provisioning Dept. since 06-Feb-2006 to 19-June-2008. Company is one of the leading outsource agency of Bharti Airtel Ltd. Our Department dealt with waiver & provisioning related cases. Our department rectifies errors created by any department in Airtel that reflect in the customer bill, both FTR and NFTR.
• My profile was to solve all the complaints raised due to billing issues by Hotline, Care touch & other FSO, ARC & CSA. Validate all the complaints raised in UWQ, Waiver given to eligible customers within the AR Closure time.
