Work Experience:
Working with Jet Airways as a CSA (Customer Service Agent/ Reservation Service Agent) since February 2004.
• Responsibilities: Attending customers quarries regarding reservation /cancellation and provide respective solutions using sabre and saber quick at airport /city offices reservation desk.
• Apart from this, the job also requires informing passengers about delayed/rescheduled flights. I have also been conducting pre-flight checks for our various flights.
Worked with ACE Travels, New Delhi for one year as customer service executive.
Education:
Successfully completed various training programme sponsored by Jet Airways.
• IFTB (international fare &ticketing) IATA.
• Basic reservation & ticketing sabre, sabre (Qik).
• International fare and ticketing basics.
• CSE (customer service excellence).
• TTE( telephone etiquettes)
• Airport control system international(check-in ,boarding)
BTS(Bachelor in Tourism Studies) from IGNOU
Diploma in international air fare and ticketing course with CRS from IITC, (India international trade centre) Delhi.
Bachelor of commerce from Delhi university, Delhi(2001-2003)
