St. Gerard’s School is a private school which caters education for children with Special Needs. It includes mainstream kids as well and has six classes, namely the Playgroup Class, Early Intervention Class, Expressive Class, Nursery Class, K1 and K2 Class.

 Provide instructional and clerical support for classroom teacher.
 Support and assist children in learning class material using the teacher’s lesson plans.
 Provide highly individualized, one-on-one session/teaching approach.
 Set up equipment, and help prepare materials for instruction.
 Attend to the physical needs of students with disabilities, including feeding, teaching good grooming habits, or assisting students riding the school bus.



 Teach and assist lead teachers in delivering and teaching social skills to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
 Teach Phonetics (Zoo Phonics) to children with ASD.
 Help assess a student’s progress by observing performance and recording relevant data.
 Motivate the students improve their grades, raise their test scores, learn productive study skills, build their academic self-confidence and reach their full potential.
