Job Responsibilities :
Trouble shooting of Router, Modem, Switch, Hub, DSL Connection, LAN of the corporate customers.
Installation of Router, Modem, (USB, Ethernet)
Trouble shooting of the complaints of the customer related with DSL Connection.
Wireless routers (Link sys, Zyxel, Netgear, D-link etc.).
Checking connectivity from client end to ISP end.
Configurations of VOIP’s
Achieving the customer enthusiasm level.
Efficient handling of escalations with in the SLA.
