• Assist to compute the leave credits of government employee of different department.
• Entertain the business call who have inquiry.
• Sort and segregate alphabetically the documents of Statement of Assets and liabilities of the government employee of different department who submitted.
• Encode some important files.

BRANCH SECRETARY – Motortrade Nationwide Corporation – Calbayog City – December 2003
• Take charge for daily, weekly and monthly inventory of brand new / repo units of Motorcycle.
• Prepare of daily time record every day and submitted for the following day to head office.
• Prepared chattel mortgage and supporting documents to the customer to be signed.
• Update the requirement of the customer before they approve to buy or loan our product.
• Prepare for the request of petty cash fund to head office.
• Assist and orient the customer

• Check weekly petty cash expense and prepare summary of weekly expenses.

HUMAN RESOURCE TIMEKEEPER /ASSISTANT – Honda Cinemar Traders Inc.-Head Office –Calbayog City – September 2009
• Compiles employees' time and production records, using calculator or computer.
• Reviews timesheets, workcharts, and timecards for completeness
• Computes total time worked by employees, using calculator or computer, posts time worked to master timesheet, and routes timesheet to payroll department.
• Update and compute the leave credits of all employees of all branches.
• Screen job applicants to obtain information such as education and work experience
• Update appropriate forms when an employee receives a promotion or changes address

• Orient the newly hired employees of the Company Policy.
