Operate the daily unit operation of the chemical plant to include providing direct supervision to new comers and helpers. Provide good support to the labor contractors. Inform to supervisor regularly chemical plant information and also ask for the any developing equipment which is needed to develop chemical plant for best product. Submit required daily, monthly, quarterly reports to upper level management. Take reaction in the reaction tank as per receipt which is calculated by the laboratory technician. After reaction, pass materials from the filter press. Filtrate cake will be used to make slurry for spray drier process. Set spray drier, check samples regularly where needed to maintain products. Send product to export.

*Carry out process reviews and process audits

*Carry out process commissioning for new sewage treatment plant
