Cesar Minoru is a french-japanese mix. His family in Japan are famers and metal/stone construction workers in the Niigata area, the tradition of massage has always been very strong within the family. Since his early days Cesar is practicing the intense workers massage and stretches. On his french side too, massage appears to be a gift through the generations and even his mother is notorious for being an great pain-reliever using breathing technics. Cesar has acquire mastery in massage technics through the years by intense practice, study and intuition. Cesar also acquired body-knowledge through his martial arts studies (Judo, Ju-Jitsu since he is 5 years old), self massage and by numerous travels in Thailand and Japan. Cesar's massage is versatile and will be applied accordingly your mental-physical state. If your state permits it, Cesar's massage is characterised by being very long, deep and intense. Cesar recommends full-body massage as the entire body is a coherent entity and usualy requires the stimulation of several different areas of the body to solve a single problem that would appear very localised at first sight. The shoulders massage is executed sitting either on a chair or on a mat, the full body massage is likely to be performed laying on a mat on the floor. The massage with clothes on is possible but less efficient, also because some stage of the massage are likely to be executed with organic vegetal oils.
We will need a quiet, confortable and warm room with a clean floor. Before I arrive it would be great if you could be showered and hydrated.
Please notify me if you are 40 kg / 110kg, if you have any skin desease, recents wounds, bone or ligament injury and if you are allergic to any of the oils we are likely to use (sweet almond, coconut .... )
Please eat and drink reasonably before the massage. I usualy give massages on friday and saturday evenings so you can indulge yourself a long good night of warm healing sleep afterwards.
