• Good in computer skills- Microsoft office, outlook express, windows xp and trouble shooting

• Job costing for Consolidations / SOC & Forwarding Import / Export
• Monitor the daily Cash/Bank and Receivable/Payable report
• Bank reconciliation
• International Agents accounts and Inter company reconciliation
• Monthly Profit and Loss report/Balance Sheet and report to Head Office
• International correspondence with overseas agents
Additional Responsibilites:-
Supervising the following tasks:
- Consolidation rate inquiries /General queries
- Transshipment rate queries / door deliveries / LCL & FCL
- Rate negotiations with Shipping Line / Consolidators
- Arrangements of Slot bookings and finalizing of rates with Feeders
- Rate approval for Overseas Import & Exports
- Container Inventory
