 Leads a team for the GSM BSS O&M group of the assigned area.
 Examines network alarms statistics/metrica data,system snags as part of PMR routine
 Ensure that microwave radio links , BCE(BSC),BTS’s are on normal operational conditions.
 A-bis and M-interface monitoring periodic monitoring locally via MA10 radio analyzer.
 Ensure that the BTS actual output power and receive signal levels are on it’s expected range by periodic power check.
 Isolate and initiate corrective actions for stations spurious emissions and interference.
 Conducts drive testing utilizing 901Orbitel hardware and Loms software ( observed call-set-up scenarios, handovers, signal strengths of all BTS within the network and other layer 2 and 3 events) .
