Job Description
1. Monitors daily tool performance and implements containment action to improve both tool availability and yield.
2. Generates mechanical design for tool improvement, UPH, yield, and availability.
3. Plans, schedules, and implements any given projects.
4. Designs tool upgrades (mechanical and program modification)
5. Prepares weekly update report on tool performance.
6. Troubleshoots automation tools such as: Laminator, Extruder Pumps, Vane Vacuum Pumps, Test Robots, Strapping machines, Wire Stripper, Glass Washer, and Al-tech Lines.
7. Troubleshoots electro-mechanical, pneumatic and electrical assemblies.

Job Description
1. Machine troubleshooting (electrical, electronic, mechanical problems)
2. Perform logical approach in solving machine problems and troubles through the use of analytical tools such as Why-why Analysis, Root-cause Analysis, Fish-bone diagram, Pareto Charts, Control Charts, and other tools.
3. Mold die conversion, where we change mold chases necessary for molding different IC package sizes or types.
4. Equipment Handling and Operation
5. Repair and maintenance, where we perform Planned or Preventive Maintenance and regular machine cleaning.
6. Calibration of Mold parameters and continuous monitoring.
7. Offset and Offcenter Measurement of molded leadframes to monitor if the output is within specifications.
8. Electrostatic Discharge Training, 100K Class Cleanroom Training, Quality and Reliability Orientation, Basic Pneumatic Training, Environment Safety and Health Training, Chemical Handling Orientation.
9. Critical Defects Monitoring where we perform regular Visual check-up on molded leadframes and perform corrective actions if critical defects are seen.
10. Regular Machine Inspection to ensure good operating condition.
11. Spare parts inventory, monitoring and control.
12. Develop one-point lessons and visual aids to impart knowledge and skills on team members and operators.
