• Getting requirements from the client.
• In-Depth assessment of received requirement from the clients.
• Understanding of interviews between the client and the Candidates.
• Co-ordinating of interviews between the client and the Candidates.
• Frequent interaction with the clients and the recruiters.
• Building rapport with the existing Clients.
• Involved in complete recruitment cycle.
• Sourcing from various sources like job portals, employee referrals, head hunting, reference generation, Clients.
• Compensation fitment of the selected candidates.
• Building the database through References and Networking
• Head hunting from target companies
• Responsibilities to retain the candidate placed with the said client for a longer period.
• Continuous learning by up gradation of knowledge on various technologies.
• Conducting Reference Check for the offered candidates.
