Deductions were properly debited and posted. Includes variance analysis report for each payroll.
• General Purchaser – I sourced out materials, supplies, equipment and machineries spare parts; equipment and machineries service repairs & maintenance to different suppliers and service providers. Develop additional 10% vendors with 30 days credit limit terms. Manage to purchase minimum of 30 items daily. Administer quality control of items delivered and disposal. Cross cut 10 – 15% savings on purchases. Approved purchase requisition and budget. Coordinator of over 300 inventory items of raw materials, supplies and fixed assets.
• Treasury officer is a cashiering task where I kept the security of all cash in/outflows transactions. I maintained bank account transactions includes deposits of daily collection from agents and direct selling sales (cash and checks) and withdrawals from drawn checks issued. I made checks issuance for all types of payments such as suppliers, revolving fund, and petty cash fund. I managed petty cash fund and revolving fund. I made lots of reports such as petty cash fund report, revolving fund report, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Cash flow Statement reports with budget (current and projected). Conduct cash flow reconciliation. Post official receipts to ledger.
