Selling Skills as I am a licensed Real Estate Broker here in the Philippines,Accounting knowledges as I am an accounting graduate, Typing, Computer literate, Documentation,Business Correspondence, etc.
Work Experience:
I started working in a real estate company after I graduated for 4 years at Stateland Investment Corp. Then after becoming licensed, I worked as freelancer with different companies, I also became a Manager of a Restaurant for a short period of time, Then, we established a glass and aluminum corp 1999 wherein I acted as Treasurer and VP-Finance for 2 years. After that, I became an accredited licensed broker of Transphil Builders selling townhouses up to present. I also sell bank foreclosed properties with different banks here. Liasoning also for different client on the transfer of title of their properties for a fee and other kind of documentations with different government agencies here. I also acted as Broker for individuals here who wants to sell their private properties.
Education:
I am a graduate of Phil. School of Business Administration- BSBA degree holder major in ACCOUNTING. I graduated 1987. I passed also the CIVIL SERVICE EXAMINATION as PROFESSIONAL, allowing us to work in the government. I passed also the LICENSURE EXAMINATION as BROKER for REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES 1991.
