Handyman maintenance

If you are looking for a handyman,make sure that you will make the right option.
Sometimes you pay to much for a small quantity of work,or sometimes you spend a lot because you didnt call to the right handyman and he dont know what to do,and sometimes you just dont have a handyman because you think that will be very expensive.
I m a handyman and i can tell you that is not expensive to make the maintnance of your house,flat or establichment if you take the right option...
My personal traits are;reable,self motivated,simple and honest.
My skills are general maintenance and repair of all forms of trades,basic carpentry,basic electrics,basic painting,basic decorating,basic plumbing and professional in doors,windows and locks.
I would like to propose you an agreement for maintenance your house,flat,or etablichment.
This agreement will be for 1 day a week and 2 hours per day.
My general maintence,will envolve some minutes of lubrification in doors windows and locks to conserve the quality of them,then i will check and fix any small damage on the building,also checking around the building for any excessive plants or garbage,or just help you in anything you need like moving furniture,or cleaning around the building.There s no to big or to small job for me...
I accept houses,flats and establichments,all work carried out to a good standart.
OPTION 1.
For that 2 hours i charge you only 25pounds a week and the oil for the lubrification of doors, windows and locks is free.
OPTION 2.
