Project Assistant

I offer my services as a project assistant in and around the Richmond & Twickenham areas. I can assist and help either very busy people or small companies with simple but often time consuming tasks-such as researching quotes, help with organising a project, sourcing items or services and general assistance where neccessary.
I have found through my various clients and projects, that finding a capable person to just help out when needed and possibly only for a couple of days or even hours, is very costly and usually results in joining fees or agency commissions etc.
I offer a person to person service with no hidden fees and a simple hourly rate between GBP11 per hour - GBP15 per hour depending on the task or requirement.

Sourcing packaging and logistics services for small growing company
Manning a busy switchboard for sales launch over a 2 days period
Obtaining insurance quotes and comparisions for busy executive
Updating and spell checking copy for new website
Waiting in for deliveries for busy working mum
Organising the printing of letterheads and business cards for new client
