Negotiator Estate Agents
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am searching for Estate Agency work based in Islington and surrounding areas. I have eight years expertise experience in Lettings & Management. I will be starting a course in March 08, for the NAEA Technical Award in Residential Sales. I also have the will to learn and gain experience in Sales, and I would welcome the chance to do on the job training. I am opened minded with regards to all potential roles, including the most challenging, that I may not have considered before.
I have taken a year off work full time, as I suffered from a Miscarriage, hence now fully recovered, and very eager to get back into the industry. I'm available immediately, and I am a car owner.
I am extremely passionate regarding my work as a Property Consultant, and I have a strong ambition and desire to continue working within the property sector. I am more than confident that I would be an asset to your company, having worked and gained valuable experience within the Estate Agency environment.
I have obtained the necessary qualities and attributes one needs to carry out such a role, as I have a proven track record as a persuasive competent Negotiator with supervisory skills, who is ready to take on and maintain the highest quality portfolio of properties. I am highly target driven and ambitious. I am an excellent Team Player, a "People Person" who thrives on energy and good team work.
I can demonstrate my capability of using my time management skills effectively to tight deadlines.
I am a professional communicator both on the telephone and in person, with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Having acquired sound marketing skills, and all round office administration experience, I have gained the necessary IT literacy skills, coupled with effective interpersonal skills and organisational flair. Which makes me more than capable of juggling and performing many tasks.
I am self-motivated, positive, and very eager to take on a challenging and a responsible role, that has plenty of scope for developing new skills and experience. I would also like the opportunity to demonstrate my own marketing ideas.
