Excel Knowlege required


Hello,
We currently have a position available in an Admin/ Customer service role in our office in Hammersmith. Details are below. Job Description
The role is to provide general Office and Client support. The role incorporates a variety of duties which include:
* Ensuring all queries from customers made either over the telephone or via email are responded to within the agreed service levels and all details recorded in writing.
* Processing customer orders and queries for our incentive scheme
* Supporting service to home and out of office workers: including compiling, binding and despatching case studies, proposals, welcome packs to new customers.
* Other office support and administrative duties
* To ensure a top level of customer focused service at all times
Ideally the successful candidate should:
* Show the ability to make top level decisions, possess a good telephone manner and good communication skills, and be able to liaise effectively with all levels across the organisation.
* Have very strong working knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and the Internet.
* Accuracy and attention to detail are essential and the candidate needs to be highly numerate and literate with a good writing ability.
* The candidate must be enthusiastic and keen to work in a fast moving and fun environment.
* Have a flexible approach to the working hours/job content and excellent organisational skills.
* Demonstrate an ability to prioritise.
* Be a self-starter and have excellent interpersonal/people skills
